However product may vary from block to block as only mother nature decides what you may receive because each sink is unique. Therefore, we invite you to browse on our product portfolio to see the differences in each piece. We also draw your attention to the fact that veining, crystallization, that may appear to be cracks, but are actually indigenous to the stone,filler and resin are used as a regular process to help strengthen these areas and fill holes as well as uneven edges and corners …) and other variations of colors up to 30%  and more sometime (often on marble and onyx) and various stone features make all the charm of the stone and distinguish it from non-natural materials!, Bali White, Toji White, Pegasus white, Rondo White are all made and carved from the same Guangxi White Marble and it can't be considered as a pure white as you can see. Our Quality Control photos shown on our portfolio are not available to choose by numbers.

Our stones are already waterproofed before the settings as a protection. For daily care, use a washing product with a neutral P.H. We also advise to waterproof the stone twice a year. 

Our Granite and basalt vessel basins items will be shipped by our freight Carrier from our European Warehouse in France (Le Havre) to customers and delivered to their curbside or driveways only. Usually around 10-14 days. For any additional delivery questions or needs, please feel free to call our customer service or online chat. Orders require that someone is available to control and accept the delivery. Upon delivery important to INSPECT all orders in front of delivery driver. Our carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time, during normal business hours. If our carrier is unable to contact the customer, The customer then will be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to our warehouse in addition to the original shipment expense.
