However product may vary from block to block as only mother nature decides what you may receive because each top is unique. We also draw your attention to the fact that veining, crystallization, that may appear to be cracks, but are actually indigenous to the stone (filler and resin are used as a regular process to help strengthen these areas and fill holes as well as uneven edges and corners …), and other variations of colors up to 30%  and more sometime (often on marble and slate) and various stone features make all the charm of the stone and distinguish it from non-natural materials! 

The whole table frame and tops have one year warranty! ( Warranty DO NOT COVER any natural weather damage to the stone)

Some tips for your table maintenance and protection: 

To protect your table, we recommend these few steps: Take the tray away from frost, snow, ice in winter - Cover your table with a waterproof cover and or a tarp in colder months if the table stays outside - However LIVINGROC recommends to put away your top and can not guarantee the good condition of your top even if protected  .

For optimum protection, avoid any contact with hot or warm dishes or utensils. E-coating/anti-trust treatment is applied to all ferrous parts (chairs, legs, table structure) for better protection. During high winds important to remove any umbrellas.

For daily care, use a washing product with a neutral P.H. We also advise to waterproof the stone twice a year.

Our Living room - Dining room - Patio Garden items will be shipped by our freight Carrier from our warehouse European Warehouse in France (Le Havre) to customers and delivered to their curbside or driveways only. Delivery is usually about 10-14 days. Upon delivery important to INSPECT all orders in front of delivery driver. For any additional delivery questions or needs, please feel free to call our customer service or online chat. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to control and accept the delivery. Our carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time, during normal business hours. If our carrier is unable to contact the customer, The customer then will be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to our warehouse in addition to the original shipment expense.
